Our automatic screw machine capacities range from .093 to 1.250 diameter with lengths up to 16 inches.

We have extensive experience machining a variety of materials on our screw machines including carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Delrin, nylon and other plastics.

If you have a custom product, we invite you to send us a part drawing and we will perform a process evaluation and provide you with a competitive quote.

If you have a "catalog" or "off-the-shelf" item that you are buying in large quantity, it may be worth allowing us to do an evaluation. We have several customers that were buying from catalog suppliers and we were able to save them money and provide a more reliable supply chain.
